Delivery & Returns
Everything on the website is cut and made in the UK by my lovely seamstress Emma. My little business is a wonderful made-to-order kinda magic—so when you place an order, your item is then made especially for you. For this reason, you may have to wait up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive—but I promise it's so worth the wait ✨
UK Delivery Info
Delivery to UK addresses is always free. Once your order is made, it will be sent out via Royal Mail 48 Tracked postal service - this can take approximately 2-3 working days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched, which will include a tracking number from Royal Mail.
Delivery to international addresses is £20. Once your order has been made, it will be sent to you via Royal Mail International Tracked. This can take approximately 5-7 working days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched, which will include a tracking number from Royal Mail.
Please note: Orders outside of the UK are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. You may or may not be required to pay a tax to release your shipment from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
Due to Brexit making things crazy with shipping, initially I won't be shipping to the EU.
I know this will be frustrating for some of you, but as a newbie in the business world, I just can't wrap my head around all the customs charges and delays. I'd hate for you to pay expensive duties charges, or for your order to get lost. I'm so sorry! But as soon as things have calmed down a bit, I'll open up shipping to those of you in the EU 💜💜
As all items are made especially for you, I don't accept returns. Please, please check the size guide and the measurements on the product page before you order. If you need to, you can compare the measurements to items you already own. Custom lengths are available on all pieces, more information on how your items can be customised can be found on the product pages.
Please make sure you follow the how to measure guide, as if you've got your measurements wrong, you'll be charged for alterations at £15 p/h. You will also need to cover shipping costs.
If for some reason we've made an error with your order, I am more than happy to offer free alterations.
If there's something wrong with your order, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days.
Products must be returned in the exact same condition you received them in, so please keep all tags on, gorg.
